This month- September, we are listening to the music by Pérotin (sometime end of the 12th C or 13th C)

K-Gr. 4: - Draw a picture what you imagine when you listen to the music. - What do you hear (how many voice parts)? - Can you clap with the music? - How do you feel? Happy? Sad? exciting? - Which part is your favourite part of the music? Gr. 5 & up): - Research about the composer and list 5 things about the composer. - How does the music make you feel? - Do you like the music or not? Why? - What is the tempo in this music? - How many voice parts can you hear? - Can you clap the rhythm with the music? - What are the differences from the previous listening assignments? (e.g., instruments vs. voice) - Can you make up a story that fits to the music?
